Anton is responsible for the Committees for Economic and Monetary Affairs, Tax Rulings and Other Measures Similar in Nature and Effects and Fisheries. Besides this, Anton has a special responsibility for questions regarding the Åland Islands and shipping.
Anton is born and raised in Mariehamn on the Åland Islands. He has a Bachelor in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and a Masters Degree in European Public Affairs from Maastricht University. Previously, he has worked with International Business Development and EU Affairs at Business Sweden in Brussels.

Beata joined my team in the autumn of 2013, and she is in charge of budget issues. She has a master’s degree in administration from Åbo Akademi University and is originally from Helsinki. Beata is elected first substitute member of Turku city council.

Katarina is from Espoo and is finishing her master’s degree in political science at the University of Helsinki. Katarina holds a Bachelor’ degree from University of Sussex and has previously worked as a Political Secretary for Svensk Ungdom inHelsinki.

Elisabet is based in Vaasa at the Swedish People Party’s office. She is responsible for contacts with and work in Finland. Elisabet comes from Vaasa and her latest position was as Parliament Assistant to the Minister of Justice, Anna-Maja Henriksson. Some of her previous positions have been Contact Manager at Swedish People’s Party in Ostrobothnia, International Coordinator and Information Manager at Novia University of Applied Sciences, Editor of Medborgarbladet as well as Information Manager at Swedish People’s Party. Elisabet has also worked as a UN-Volunteer in Fuzhou, China.

Karolina Bergvik (intern)
Karolina is currently completing an internship at our office in Brussels. Karolina´s work responsibilities include, among other things, to answer questions from the public and to take care of practical arrangements for group visits and meetings. Karolina is from Kristiinankaupunki and has a degree in Political Science from Åbo Akademi University in Vaasa. Karolina has previously worked as a reporter at the newspaper Syd-Österbotten and as an intern for the faculty of Education and Welfare Studies at Åbo Akademi University. Karolina´s internship period ends at the end of June 2016.
